CATTSoft’s new business department won the bid of the E-Government System Design Project in Han Dan. According to the project, CATTSoft will provide the E-government system architecture design and implementation planning for the Han Dan municipal government. This is a huge boost for CATTSoft to enlarge the information business sector.

E-government system, regarded as the important sign of the government transparency, has been actively built up in every area of the government. The implementation of the E-government system provides an effective approach to strengthen the service capability of the government, enables public to enjoy the directly service, on-line service and so on, meanwhile it enhance the interaction between the public and the government to avoid the information error and elevate the efficiency and the quality of the public service.

On 26th October,? NTTCOM and CATTSoft hold a ceremony to celebrate the establishment of the frame agreement with four branches of the NTTCOM. CATTSoft general manager Mr. Zhao Jie, vice president Mr. Ma Jubao and the managers of the International business department? and the system integrated department have attend the signing ceremony.? According to the agreement, CATTSoft will be responsible for the IP-VPN equipment purchase, system integration, system maintenance and attached services for NTTCOM’s customers in Beijing, shanghai, Guangzhou, Xi’an, Changchun, Hangzhou, Dalian, Shuzhou, .

This project was launched and organized by the international cooperation department and implemented by the system integration department. Encouraged by CATTSoft’s high-quality service and wide-range branches, four NTTCOM branches sign agreement at the same time with one service provider, this is the first time in NTT’s history. This agreement marks a new phase of the cooperation with NTT and provides new model and successful case to enlarge the international market.

In August. 2005, the system-integrated department signed an Oracle service contract with the inner-Mongolia telecom company，the contract covers service for with 24 set Oracle database systems located in 12 areas those database systems are utilized in the customer 97 project, billing systems and the important business supporting systems.

To sum up the past and plan for the new, our company held the middle cadre meeting Sept the 3rd and 4th.?

Firstly, the meeting conveyed the direction of the company and report the achievement of the past half year and all the department manager speak on the meeting to find ways to fulfill the goal in the late half year.

They also discussed the problems of talent flow, the strategic business development and the relationship between products line and market and made relevant measures to solve the problems.

CATTSoft telecom network resource management system project has been listed in the 2005 science and technology development plan of the Haidian District, announced by the Hai Dian District Science Council. This project will receive 0.4 million yuan of the sponsor fund.

The Haidian science and technology development program, supported by Haidian financial department, aimed to promote the technology innovation and to improve the innovation capacity of the small and medium size enterprises. It will focus on the technology innovation project, which is supposed to have remarkable effect on the social development and regional economy. China's Ministry for Information Industry recently announced the top 100 software companies in 2005 in China, Datang telecom ranked twelfth in the ranking..
According to the announcement, the top 100 companies are actively engaged in pushing the software industry to a sound, stable and harmonious way, boost the competitive and popularity. Started from 2002, this is the forth session that China's Ministry for Information Industry publicized the top 100 software companies in china.
According to the announcement , the ranking followed three criterions: “software product income”, “system
integrated income” and “software service income”.? Statistics from enterprises were verified by the corresponding supervise organizations before submitting to China's Ministry for Information Industry for final ranking approval.

In 2004, the software industry achieved revenue reached over 240.49 billion RMB yuan, increasing 47.3% compared with the year before, 6% higher than the increase of the overall telecom information industry. The top 100 are all R&D predominant enterprises in software products, system integration and software service, which keep over 37.6% of the industry output. These enterprises are regarded as the main force for the self-development and software export.

On 27th Sept, CATTSoft attended “The Second Software Trading Summit-the software and Information Service International Cooperation Minister Summit and Forum” in Da Lian. The general manager Mr. Zhao Jie attended the meeting.

The national torch program development center under the national ministry of the science and technology recently announced its selection result for the China software export to Euro-Us program. Among the 200 software enterprises took part in the selection, 29 enterprises including CATTSoft finally get approved as the A-class software enterprise for IT outsourcing. For the nominated A-class enterprises, the government undertakes to adopt supporting policies in order to strengthen the enterprises ability to obtain outsourcing orders from Europe and US market. The honor awarded to CATTSoft is an approval to CATTSoft’s attentive effort and ability for providing quality IT service, and will inspire CATTSoft to put further efforts to open up the international market. 

On Sep. 6, a 12-person business delegation from UK visited Datang. They made sightseeing around Datang and communicated with CATTSoft's management. During the visiting, they learned more about our products and services and were impressed deeply by our authority and qualification in software industry.

On Sep. 9, a delegation from Wales visited Datang Software. GM Zhao Jie and relative managers of OSS, BSS and International Cooperation Departments met them. The visitors included the director of External Relations Division of Wales Assembly Government Gary Davies, the executive vice president Asia Pacific of WDA Andrew Davis, the international relations manager of WDA Mark Powell, the senior program manager of Wales Trade International Robert Lock, and Beijing epresentative of WDA Susan Jiang. Their purpose for this visit was to sign a OU with Datang Software and discuss detailed issues of further cooperation.

In June 2004, three delegates of Datang Software Technologies Co., Ltd. attended the Outsource World 2004 in London. On the exhibition, they introduced the products and R&D capability of CATTSoft to foreign companies. They also met a number of US and European enterprises, exchanging ideas and information and seeking for cooperation opportunities. After the exhibition, they made an investigation on the software market in Germany and France and learned more about European market.
