Historic Billing Information Retrieving and Analysis System

　　 • Separate the offline data and historic data. Historic data can be populated into Database easily and duplicated for backup whenever necessary

　　 • Optimize Database to maximize the operation efficiency

　　 • Automatically extract the customer profile, account information and critical reporting monthly or annually depending on user's setup;

　　 • Periodically backup the critical system parameters and application records;

　　 • Enable user to backup data, create and manipulate temporary files (such on-line browsing, renaming, deleting, etc),

　　 • Connect with billing system, off-line backup system through efficient data conversion engine. Forward data to billing system or for off-line backup whenever needed

　　 • On-line accounting query and statistics

　　 Application environment (on the basis of 80 to 100 customers)

　　• Workstation: P4 dual CPU, dual channel 512m x 2 memory

　　• SCSI disk, 340G x 12 (the space is around 1 .5T after RAID)

　　• Oracle8i database/DBF (different database with different software)
